Our transportation services follow a unified international standard, with transportation times differing in each country. Consult the shipping policy for additional information.

Can I SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We are currently unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.

Orders and Tracking

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

There is an "add to cart" button on every product detail page. Once you have found the product you wish to order, select the color, size and quantity and click on the "add to cart" button. This will load the shopping cart and you may check out from here or return to the product pages and continue shopping.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you have not yet submitted your order you may cancel from the shopping cart page or click "clear cart" to start over. If you have already submitted your order through the system, please contact customer service. You will need your order number that was given to you after submitting. All the information for your order that we will need to change or cancel is available in the confirmation email that was sent after you submitted your order.

WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been confirmed and shipped. You will also recieve tracking information for your shipment.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you created a log in when placing your order you can log back in to the system to track your order. If you did not create a log in you will not be able to track online, but you will receive emails upon submission of your order and once your order has been shipped.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?

Usually, if you find an error in the order product or address, you can cancel the order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate detailed information. If you need to modify your order more than 1 hour after placing it, please contact Customer Service.

Notes:We cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days from the shipment date for any purchases made on movagear. All returns must be in new condition and have all original packaging and header cards attached. Once the return is received at our facility we will process a refund within 5 day. The customer is responsible for the freight cost coming back to our facility. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking and insurance.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
